What can I do if I have not yet received my order?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time, we recommend contacting the courier on the Track your order page.

Check the status of your order:

  • Go to the “My Orders” section of your account, or enter the order number from your order confirmation email on the “Track your order” page.
  • Check that the delivery address is correct.
