SHIPPING FEES & TIMING

PREMIUM

Available in all states (Monday – Sunday, excluding holidays), signature required. Please enter your zip code at checkout to confirm eligibility.

• Fee: $20 for all orders under $1,000 | Complimentary for orders $1,000 and above
• Delivery Timing: Delivery today or tomorrow Monday through Sunday from 11am to 3pm and 5pm to 9pm. A courier will deliver your order within a 2-hour window of your choice. Orders placed by 1pm (EsT) can be delivered Next day, otherwise select a time for tomorrow
• Exceptions:
  • – If you miss the delivery attempt, we will contact you to reschedule
  • – Due to the high value of our products, there will be a signature required on all Premium orders
    
    

OVERNIGHT

• Fee: $25 for all orders under $1,000 | Complimentary for orders $1,000 and above
• Delivery Timing: Orders placed by 3pm (EST) Monday – Friday or by 12pm (ET) Saturday should arrive the following business day. If an order is placed after these times, it will be processed the following business day
• Exceptions:
  • – Orders placed after the cutoff, on Sundays, or holidays will be processed the following business day
  • – Some zip codes are not available for this service
  • – Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery

ALASKA AND HAWAII DELIVERY

If you select Free Delivery, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email. However, remote addresses may require additional delivery time. For expedited delivery, we recommend that you select Express or Overnight Shipping.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Due to the high value of our products, there will be a signature required on all shipments above $50 regardless of service type.
