YOUR RETURN WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE ITEM
- Has all labels, tags, and security ribbons should be still be attached/ not tampered with
- If posted within 30 days of receipt
- Item in perfect & sellable condition
- Has no makeup, fake tan, or other marks on it
- Has not been worn, damaged, or used.
- No refunds will be issued without a valid order number (which we can find using your name and address)
- Only the original purchaser is eligible for a refund or exchange.
- With original invoice, leaflets, and certificates
- In original packaging
- No refunds or exchanges are available for items marked for “Final Sale” or where an order form otherwise stipulates no refunds or
WHAT HAPPENS NOW
- Register your return online or contact Client Services: Register your return online by connecting to your
- Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt.
- Put the pre-paid label, included within your order, on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box. Download Pre-paid label here.
- Deliver your package to USPS or UPS: Drop your package off at any USPS or UPS store.
