Types of Shipments and Delivery Periods
Calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.
We offer the following types of delivery:
- Standard home: In the store of your choice (delivery time depends on the destination area)
1 - 2 working days
2 - 4 working days
5 - 7 working days - FREE
Please allow 24hours for your order to be processed. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout.
Delivery periods are understood to begin 24 working hours following the date of purchase. Weekend and public holidays are excluded from delivery periods. National, regional and local holidays are respected, as well as those of the market where our warehouse/logistics center is located.
During sales or promotion periods and special campaigns, deliveries could have a delay. In addition, store delivery may not be available. Potential delays in delivery can occur for several reasons, such as the customization of products, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure and when the delivery area is a rural or remote area.
Unless there are circumstances arising from customization of the products, or unexpected or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send you the order within the time indicated on the website for the selected delivery method, and in any event, within the maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. If, after the established deadline, you have not received your package, contact our Customer Service Department.
For security reasons we do not guarantee delivery to Post Office Boxes, Hotels, Aparthotels, Residence, Tourist Apartments, Transportation Agency, Logistic Platforms, and/or similar.
Items listed as 'PRE-ORDER' begin processing on the date indicated in the product description and vary between items.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.saintperry.com SAINT PERRY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
After the payment is authorized, you will receive an email with the order number. From this moment on, you can check the order status in the section “My Orders”. Once shipped, you will receive a warehouse dispatch confirmation email that will include a tracking link, With this link you can know the status and location of your order at any time.
