RETURNS AND REFUNDSE

At Saint Perry we value our customers and seek to develop long-term relationships. As such, our approach to customer service begins with understanding your unique situation and how we can help you as an individual.

If you are contemplating a return, please email returns@saintperry.com with the following information:
•    Order Number
•    Reason for return
•    Desired resolution (exchange/refund)

We will honor returns for an unworn item(s) purchased at saintperry.com 30 days from the date of the order for a complete refund, however, please do not return your items unless instructed to do so by Saint Perry customer service. 
If a return shipment is necessary, please include the original packing slip OR your name, mailing address, email address, and order number so we can quickly process your exchange or refund. Exchange availability and timeline varies depending on our inventory and shipping options. Refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Refunds may take up to three weeks to process due to the time often required for shipping and bank processing. The credit may take additional time to post to your account depending on the policies of your credit card company.

LIMITATIONS:

•    Refunds will only be issued for products purchased at saintperry.com.
•    No refunds will be issued without a valid order number (which we can find           using your name and address)
•    Only the original purchaser is eligible for a refund or exchange.  
•    No refunds or exchanges are offered for items lost or damaged due to fire,         flood or natural disaster.
•    No refunds or exchanges are available for items marked for “Final Sale”, or         where an order form otherwise stipulates no refunds or exchanges.
