SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Saint Perry operates with limited production and controlled distribution. We encourage mindful purchasing. The terms below govern all orders placed through www.saintperry.com.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During collection launches or high-volume periods, processing times may extend.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
SHIPPING
Domestic (United States)
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Tracking information is provided once the order ships.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
International customers are responsible for:
- Duties and import taxes
- Customs clearance fees
- Local carrier charges
Saint Perry is not responsible for customs delays or clearance processing times.
Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify as cancellation.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Saint Perry is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Carrier delays
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Address Changes
Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded
- Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment
RETURN WINDOW
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of confirmed delivery.
Requests submitted after 15 days will not be approved.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for return:
- Item must be unworn
- Item must be unwashed
- No stains, odors, or alterations
- Tags must remain attached
- Original condition must be maintained
Items failing inspection may be declined and returned at the customer’s expense.
REFUND METHOD
Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
- Store credit does not expire
- Issued digitally
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Proper packaging
- Using a trackable carrier
Saint Perry is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to availability.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
We recommend placing a new order to secure limited inventory.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Discounted or promotional items
- Limited releases or capsule collections
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale”
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is refused or undeliverable:
- Return shipping costs may be deducted
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Store credit will be issued in accordance with this policy
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items ship within the timeframe listed on the product page.
Production timelines are estimates and may shift. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept potential adjustments.
12. RETURN ABUSE & FRAUD PREVENTION
Saint Perry reserves the right to:
- Decline excessive returns
- Refuse service for policy abuse
- Contest fraudulent chargebacks
All shipments are documented for verification.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Duties and taxes (non-refundable)
Customs delays do not qualify as delivery errors.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- Full name
- Reason for return
Returns must be approved prior to shipment.
Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
