Account Approval
Wholesale partnerships require:
- Verified retail presence
- Approved application
- Alignment with Saint Perry brand standards
Saint Perry reserves the right to approve or decline accounts at its discretion.
Orders
- Minimum order quantities may apply
- Orders are confirmed in writing
- Product availability is limited
All wholesale orders are subject to acceptance.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of account approval.
Late payments may result in:
- Order delays
- Account suspension
- Cancellation of future shipments
Brand Representation
Wholesale partners agree to:
- Maintain brand integrity
- Use approved imagery and copy
- Avoid unauthorized discounts
- Not resell through third-party marketplaces without written consent
Saint Perry reserves the right to revoke wholesale privileges if brand standards are not upheld.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, product designs, imagery, and brand assets remain the property of Saint Perry.
Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.
Termination
Saint Perry may terminate wholesale relationships at its discretion for breach of terms or brand misalignment.
